 Fourth, the classification of routine repair and maintenance work

 1, the ship's daily maintenance work is divided into: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance and overhaul of three kinds of stopping, of which, stopping overhaul is divided into semi-annual overhaul and annual overhaul.

 2、Daily maintenance is carried out every day; monthly maintenance is carried out once a month, one day each time; semi-annual overhaul is carried out once a year according to the main engine running 500-600 hours or half a year, 3-5 days each time; annual overhaul is carried out once a year according to the main engine running 1,000-1,500 hours or once a year, 3-7 days each time.

 V. Planning and implementation

 1, the ship daily maintenance and monthly maintenance plan by the wheel driving the two departments in charge of the ship based on the actual situation, and by the Marine Department unified organization and implementation and inspection.

 2、The annual (semi-annual) overhaul of the ship shall be arranged by each branch office, and the planned overhaul items shall be prepared by the ship in accordance with its technical condition, examined and approved by MD, and reported to the ship management department of the branch office at least 1 month in advance, and shall be organized and implemented by MD after approval.

 3、Suspension and overhaul work is mainly carried out by the crew, and the relevant departments should make preparations for fittings, tools, etc., so as to create conditions for the crew to repair themselves or expand their own repairs; however, in case of larger overhaul projects or machining requirements, which are really difficult to be done by the ship, the ship management department of the branch office can agree and assist in contacting the relevant manufacturers to solve the problem; after the completion of the suspension and overhaul work, the ship management department of the branch office or the ship management personnel of the Marine Department will organize the acceptance inspection. Acceptance inspection.

 4, the ship daily repair and maintenance work plan should be included in the unit policy target management and assessment, should be based on the approved ship daily repair and maintenance plan, on-time maintenance and delivery of the ship overhaul, do need to change, should be reported to the appropriate departments for approval and consent and timely adjustment of the maintenance program.

 5, ship repair and maintenance work to implement the "four":
